MY CLASS CORNER
Miss Jillaine Clark

Hello! I was born in Wyoming but moved
to Colstrip, Montana, when I was very young and there I graduated
high school.
After high school I went to Ricks College, which is now known
as BYU-Idaho, in Rexburg Idaho. There, I received my Associates
Degree and then moved to Provo where I worked to save money
to serve an LDS mission. Upon return from my mission to Long
Beach California, I moved back to Provo and continued my schooling
at UVSC, which is now UVU.
While attending school I began working at The Ranches Academy
as a TA and worked in the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grades. While
going to school, I also fulfilled my internship at The Ranches
Academy working with the Special Education program. I received
my Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Cum Laude, in April 2006.
This will be my fifth year teaching 3rd grade and I love
it! I can't believe how fast the time goes! Just this year I have finished my Masters Degree in Elementary Education from The University of Phoenix which I am very excited about!
I currently live in Orem and I love to play and watch most
types of sports especially basketball, volleyball, and football.
I love to travel and visit different places as well as spend
time with my family and friends. I enjoy many outdoors activities
including: camping, hiking, visiting the beach, etc. I also
like scrap booking, when I have the time to do so! I love watching movies and I also love to read! I love reading many different genres and to always be learning new things.
I love helping students learn and grow and to see them get
so excited about it! I am so thrilled for this upcoming school
year, to meet and continue working with so many amazing and
wonderful students, parents, and staff!
